The entire of manufacturing the electrical control panels are done in-house in the factory spanning over 50,000 sq ft of an area at Tumkur Road, Bengaluru, powered by a team of over 130 professionals and a skilled workforce.All the processes, from cutting the metal sheets to assembly, testing to final certification before dispatch is manned by a skilled workforce and engineering professionals with stringent quality controls.

Balaji Electro Controls manufacturing unit is equipped with adequate machinery, including Metal sheet cutting, Sheet Bending, Powder Coating, Lathes, Assembly jigs, haulers, Forklifts, and the entire set of testing equipment, etc.,Various types of LT & HT electrical control panels are designed and manufactured at Balaji Electro Controls, including DG Syncronising Panels, NGR panels, AC & DC Distribution Boards, LT Bus ducts, Automation Panels, APFC Panels, IMCCs, Fire Panels, etc., with IEC 61439 compliance.

All the panels and designed, manufactured, assembled and tested as per ISO standards. Balaji Electro Controls has been certified for ISO 9001:2015 standards for the manufacturing of electrical control panels and related components.The second factory of Balaji Electro Controls is being constructed at Dobbaspet, at Tumkur on the national highway 4, about 50 km from Bengaluru, to increase the production capacity and for warehousing of products, assembled panels.
