Mr. N Divakar, an engineer by qualification and a passionate entrepreneur leading Balaji Electro Controls since 1986 with a vision to reign in standards for safe and reliable electrical control panels in India.

Over the years, Balaji Electro Controls has not only realised the vision but also achieved greater heights under the able leadership of Mr. Divakar, including quality process implementations, setting up new manufacturing plants, rendering turnkey solutions for LT & HT Control Panels, expanding the customer base within India and overseas.

Mr. Divakar always emphasises value-engineering based on thorough need analysis, accurate planning, and perfect implementation. Mr. Divakar is currently the Chairman and Managing Director on the board, guiding the management to steer the company to be the market leader.

Mrs. Suma Divakar is an engineering graduate by qualification with an ignited spirit who transformed the HR & Process management at Balaji Electro Controls.

Mrs. Suma has completely reformed the supply chain management and practices at Balaji Electro Controls by actively engaging with teams across the board and implementing processes to realise the company’s vision and mission.

Mrs. Suma’s interpersonal relationship skills and allegiance to quality have boosted the morale of employees, increasing the performance of Balaji Electro Controls.

The professional team of Balaji Electro Controls comprises of Business Development, Client Acquisition, R&D, Quality Assurance, Design engineers, production team, commissioning team, testing engineers, and maintenance team.
